Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are required. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers. Update customer records in dealerships applications as required. Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions. Coordinate test drives and trade vehicle appraisals. Pull vehicle invoices. Run rebate summaries on vehicles. Work with the finance department to obtain the necessary customer information for credit approvals. Work with the service department to ensure accessory installations. Schedule appointments & deliveries. Reconcile monthly volume of sales. Other duties as assigned.   Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. Regularly required to stand, talk, and hear. Frequently is required to walk and sit. Is potentially exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
