Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, providing insights that shape individualized care plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based counseling and therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals and families encountering various challenges, ranging from mental health issues to socioeconomic hardships.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using established therapeutic methodologies to promote healing and resilience.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor service plans in alignment with clients' personal goals and community resources, ensuring actionable pathways to success.
