Although the majority of work hours will be conducted remotely, occasional evening and weekend commitments may arise to participate in special outreach events and community programs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, providing insights that shape individualized care plans.
• Deliver evidence-based counseling and therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals and families encountering various challenges, ranging from mental health issues to socioeconomic hardships.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using established therapeutic methodologies to promote healing and resilience.
• Develop, implement, and monitor service plans in alignment with clients' personal goals and community resources, ensuring actionable pathways to success.
• Advocate fervently for clients, supporting their access to necessary resources and addressing broader social justice issues that resonate with their needs.
• Contribute to the development and evaluation of programs, maintaining compliance with grant reporting and related administrative requirements.
• Engage with community organizations and stakeholders, enhancing collaborative efforts aimed at improving service delivery and outreach initiatives.
• Attend regular team meetings and participate in training sessions, fostering continuous professional development and knowledge sharing.

The LCSW will primarily serve vulnerable populations experiencing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to mental health disorders, substance abuse, homelessness, and domestic violence. As a key member of our team, you will address the unique circumstances of individuals and families, identifying tailored interventions that promote healing and empowerment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure a foundational understanding of clinical practices.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory for this role.
• Proficient knowledge of social justice, trauma-informed care, and community resource navigation is essential for effective advocacy.
• Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and maintain strong organizational skills, are crucial for success in this position.

• At least 1 year of experience working in a non-profit or community organization, helping individuals navigate complex social, emotional, and health-related challenges.
• Experience in project management, program evaluation, and collaboration with mental health services will be advantageous.
