  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients via secure telehealth platforms, tailoring therapeutic approaches to their individual needs.

  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Utilize methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to address clients' mental health concerns effectively.
  • Engage in continual professional development and participate in training opportunities offered by Mice Healthcare to enhance your therapeutic skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The position involves working with a diverse client population aged 18 and older, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related challenges. We strive to create an inclusive environment for all clients and particularly encourage applications from candidates experienced in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and men's mental health issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping individuals navigate their unique circumstances and achieve better mental health outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • An active LCSW license to practice in the State of Colorado.
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.
  • Experience in providing psychotherapy to adults, with understanding and sensitivity to minority and diverse populations.
  • Professional malpractice insurance is required.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy and their application in clinical settings.
  • Experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, though this is not a prerequisite.
  • Involvement in men’s mental health topics and initiatives is appreciated but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
