As part of the expansion and consolidation of our presence in North America, Eurostars Hotel Company is strengthening its Group Sales structure and is looking for an experienced Group Sales Manager to support and develop group and MICE business across the United States and Canada.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Group Sales Manager - MICE & Groups with a strong background in hotel group sales and business development.
This role will be responsible for the commercial management and development of Group & MICE business for a portfolio of multiple Eurostars properties located in the United States and Canada, as well as any future hotels incorporated into these markets. The position requires close coordination with hotel teams and frequent interaction with international clients and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, solicit, negotiate, and contract Group & MICE business for multiple Eurostars properties across the USA & Canada.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of group clients, MICE agencies, GSOs, and key international accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual group sales targets.
  • Sell guest rooms, meeting spaces, and related services (F&B, AV, and event venues) aligned with revenue strategy and client needs.
  • Negotiate rates and commercial conditions within established guidelines and confirm group bookings through executed written contracts.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, property tours, and FAM trips.
  • Represent Eurostars Hotel Company at national and international trade fairs, roadshows, workshops, and industry events.
  • Travel regularly within North America and internationally to develop business and maintain key client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate account, contact, and activity records in CRM and sales systems.
  • Prepare and present sales activity reports, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with Revenue Management, Events, Operations, and Front Office teams across multiple properties to ensure smooth execution of group business.
  • Support the resolution of commercial issues, ensuring clear and professional communication with clients.
  • Act as a collaborative team player, supporting colleagues and ensuring continuity during peak activity periods.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in hotel sales, specifically in Groups & MICE.
  • Proven experience managing multi-property portfolios across different markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • High level of autonomy, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM and hotel sales systems (Opera Cloud Sales or similar).
  • Fluent English required.
  • Spanish mandatory; additional languages (French or others) are a plus.
  • Availability and willingness to travel frequently, both nationally and internationally.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and commercially driven profile.
