Mice Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time role allows you to provide essential counseling services to a diverse range of clients while enjoying flexible scheduling options. You will be responsible for delivering virtual therapy, crafting personalized treatment plans, and ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of mental health support.

We handle all administrative duties, including marketing for new clients, verifying insurance, credentialing, billing, and compliance, which allows you to dedicate your time and energy to your clients’ healing process.

This position operates in a 100% virtual setting, promoting work-life balance and flexibility. As a remote provider, you will have the autonomy to create your own schedule, with opportunities available Monday through Friday and potential weekend work. You will connect with clients via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring accessible and confidential support to those who need it.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy sessions focusing on techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training and supervision aimed at improving therapeutic skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide holistic support for clients.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance care quality.
• Follow up on clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Respond effectively to client inquiries and provide crisis intervention as needed.

In this role, you will primarily support adult clients aged 18 and older, encompassing a diverse range of backgrounds, ethnicities, and life experiences. Your understanding and sensitivity to the needs of various populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals facing mental health challenges, will be essential. We particularly seek a candidate who can address issues such as men’s mental health, although this is not a prerequisite.

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in a therapeutic setting.
• Experience providing psychotherapy specifically to adult populations.
• Professional malpractice insurance coverage.

• Proficiency in evidence-based practices, particularly CBT and Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Experience facilitating therapy for minority and diverse populations.
• Work history with the LGBTQIA+ community and knowledge of its specific challenges.
• Experience in addressing men's mental health issues is a plus, but not essential.
