Mice Healthcare, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position, where you will be delivering virtual therapy services primarily focused on school-aged clients. This position is fully remote, offering the convenience of working from anywhere while managing a meaningful caseload of at least 25 clients. Your role requires flexibility, as you will have the opportunity to create a personalized schedule within a Monday to Friday framework, with possible weekend availability. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions, developing treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to facilitate effective therapeutic sessions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with school systems, families, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to students experiencing difficulties in their academic and personal lives.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to continuously improve your skills and knowledge of mental health practices.
• Provide support in crisis situations, ensuring appropriate intervention and resources are made available to clients.
• Manage client care from intake through follow-up, ensuring a seamless therapeutic process.

The primary client demographic includes adolescents and young adults, with a focus on supporting diverse and often marginalized communities. Mice Healthcare is particularly interested in candidates who are familiar with the specific mental health challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals and have an understanding of men's mental health issues. Experience with diverse populations will be invaluable, as we strive to address the unique barriers that different communities face in accessing mental health care.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license to practice therapy in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience is required.
• Competency in delivering psychotherapy to clients aged 18 and above.
• Possession of professional malpractice insurance, ensuring readiness to provide care.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly within the LGBTQIA+ community.
• Specialized training or experience in CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy methodologies.
• Familiarity with the unique challenges faced by men in accessing mental health services is a plus.
• Experience in school-based mental health programming or services is highly desirable.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
