What You’ll Do:
Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level-III NICU with 34 beds and an annual delivery volume of 3,500
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and ancillary services
Support high-risk deliveries and critically ill or premature neonates
Participate in neonatal transports, staffing transport teams alongside respiratory therapists and neonatal nurses
Deliver family-centered care tailored to the needs of high-risk neonatal patients
Engage in shift work, including both 8-hour and 24-hour schedules, to ensure continuous patient coverage
What You Need:
Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
2+ years of professional NNP experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
