MIC/Shift Leader – Pickleman’s Gourmet Café

Location: 8448 Parkwood Blvd., Ste. 300, Plano, TX 75024

Reports To: General Manager

Job Summary:

JOIN OUR TEAM! Pickleman’s Gourmet Café is looking for a highly skilled MIC/Shift Leader to join our fun and loving team. As a Shift MIC/Shift Leader, you will support the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations during assigned shifts. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing toasted sandwiches, thin crust pizzas, artisan soups, mac and cheese, and fresh salads. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, work in a dynamic environment, and be a part of a motivated team that values your contributions.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
  • Ideally will have at least 1-2 years of quick service restaurant or fast casual dining experience
  • Open and close responsibilities
  • Lead the team to ensure efficient and excellent customer service, cleanliness, and food quality
  • Greet and talk to customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assign tasks, manage breaks, and ensure team members stay on track
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist with inventory and food checks and food preparation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example

Compensation Note:
