Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? MITER Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tacoma, WA. In this role, you'll be the frontline support for builders, remodelers, contractors, and homeowners, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service. In addition, you'll play a key role in validating warranty claims, coordinating technician visits, and ensuring timely delivery of replacement parts.
💰 Compensation & Schedule
  • Hourly Pay Range: $20.20 - $23.00 (Based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
