Job description

Amazon MGM Studios Distribution (AMSD) is seeking a detail-oriented and operationally-minded individual for the role of Sales Coordinator, Global AVOD/FAST. This position will support the Global AVOD/FAST business - encompassing US and international advertising video-on-demand (AVOD) and free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) distribution - by owning the avails process, trafficking materials to partners and internal delivery teams, and coordinating across key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Key job responsibilities
Own the end-to-end avails process for global AVOD/FAST clients - maintaining accurate content availability data, coordinating submissions from sales teams, and delivering curated avails lists to clients on schedule.
Traffic content materials and deal deliverables to AVOD/FAST partners, coordinating with internal support teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment across active deals and partner launches.
Support the licensing team with deal administration (e.g., tracking deal status, preparing comparison grids and deal summaries)
A day in the life
Managing and updating content avails data across the Amazon MGM Studios catalog for AVOD and FAST partners.
Coordinating with sales teams to collect, review, and process quarterly avails submissions per established workflow.
Tracking and following up on material delivery an on-boarding status across active partner deals and FAST channel launches.
Maintaining deal trackers and internal databases; flagging upcoming deadlines and milestone dates to the licensing team.
