THE JOB:
As an On Call MGM Rewards Representative, you play a key role in creating a welcoming and informative experience for our guests. With your ability to engage guests and navigate program details with ease, you'll assist with enrollments, process redemptions and promotional transactions, and answer questions about MGM Rewards and the property.
THE STARTING RATE: $17.00
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Assist guests with questions and requests related to the MGM Rewards program, including enrollment, application of MGM Rewards points to guests hotel folio, point or offer redemption, MyVegas, Direct Marketing Offers, Special Events, and program updates
  • Track and adjust receipts for non-gaming spend, redeem PO Offers and myVEGAS rewards, issue comps and FREEPLAY, and research, redeem or adjust Tier Credits
  • Navigate multiple computer systems, including Patron Management, myVegas(where applicable), MCP, Opera,Veridoc, GMP
  • Provide interdepartmental support by assisting VIP Services with correcting hotel reservations, assisting hosts by issuing discretionary and MGM Rewards Point Comps, and coordinating promotional slot tournaments and event ticket distribution
  • Assist guests in navigating the mobile app
  • Run companywide promotional events including, Holiday Gift Shoppe, Cruise Giveaway, Stay and Gift promo
  • Understand and consistently promote GameSense problem gambling program

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma, or GED
