THE JOB:
Join the team as a Butler at The Mansions at MGM Grand, one of the most exclusive luxury experiences in Las Vegas. In this role, you will curate personalized stays for our distinguished guests by preparing and coordinating suites, anticipating needs, and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
By building meaningful connections and understanding each guest's unique preferences, you will create seamless, memorable experiences that exceed expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a world-class luxury team dedicated to creating unforgettable WOW moments that guests will carry with them long after their stay.
THE STARTING RATE: $20.5012 / Per Hour + Tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Prepare suites prior to guest arrival, including coordinating room service setup and any special guest requirements
  • Provide food and beverage service to designated suites, coordinating orders with the Room Service Manager on duty to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are maintained in superior condition at all times
  • Maintain accurate property information through daily use of the talent portal, email, and other communication channels
  • Maintain the butler pantry and equipment in accordance with company standards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One (1) year of prior relevant experience, preferably in luxury resorts, private estates and fine dining
  • Bilingual in Asian languages preferred
  • Experience handling authentic Fine China and other fragile dining ware
