Now Hiring: CNC Operators - Second Shift


Join our aerospace manufacturing team and play a vital role in producing precision-machined metal components that meet the highest industry standards. We’re looking for dependable, skilled CNC Operators who take pride in their work and are ready to contribute in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. Basic experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes required.


What You’ll Do:

  • Operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines to manufacture high-quality metal parts.
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
  • Produce parts to meet required specifications and tight tolerances.
  • Perform in-process inspections using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and setup tasks.
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
  • Basic experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes required.
  • Solid understanding of machining operations and shop math preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, travelers, and work instructions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and clear communication in English.
  • Good eyesight, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills.

Physical Demands

  • Frequent repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and occasional kneeling, climbing, and squatting.
  • Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Frequent reaching, twisting, handling, and use of fine motor skills.
  • Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and temperature variations in a warehouse environment.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Second Shift
  • Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • Initial training will take place on Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMs.

Pay Range

  • CNC Operator I: $19.50-$24.50/hr
  • CNC Operator II: $24.50-$28.50/hr

ITAR Requirement
