We are seeking compassionate and motivated graduate-level and associate-level therapists to join our growing outpatient team. Key Responsibilities

·       Provide outpatient therapy using evidence-based interventions
·       Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
·       Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
·       Maintain agreed-upon caseload and productivity expectations
·       Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team
·       Participate in supervision, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities
·       Build therapeutic relationships and support positive client outcomes
·       Provide compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care
Qualifications
·       Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related mental health field
·       Active or associate-level licensure in North Carolina (e.g., LCMHCA, LCSWA, MFTA)
·       Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
·       Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop clinically within a supportive outpatient environment
·       Experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families is a plus
·       Training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, or Play Therapy is a plus
·       Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
·       Experience using SimplePractice or similar EHR systems is a plus
·       Commitment to culturally competent and trauma-informed care
