POSITION PURPOSE:

We are seeking Associate clinicians who are confident in their clinical skills, committed to evidence-based practice, and ready to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on improving the health and well-being of our community.


DESCRIPTION:

The Primary Care Behavioral Health Provider will be a core member of the Integrated Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) team. The clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and the medical care team.

You will work in a primary care, clinic-based environment with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate degree (master's or doctorate) from a
    counseling program approved by COAMFTE or CACREP; a program at an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accrediting agency; or a foreign program that has been evaluated by a credentialing body recognized by the Board.
  • Current and active Oregon licensure as an MFTA (required to obtain before first day of employment)
  • Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care

SCHEDULE:

  • 5 x 8-hour shifts
  • Days only, Monday through Friday 9-6pm
  • No weekends or on-call requirements
