Job description

Position Overview:
Haven Family Counseling is seeking contract therapists to work with children, adolescents, and their families. Services are delivered in a variety of settings, including clients’ homes, schools, outpatient offices, and via telehealth. This position is based in the Louisville metropolitan area.


Position Description
We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and dedicated therapists to join our team. Qualified applicants will demonstrate:

  • Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical practice

  • Technical skills necessary to provide services via telehealth

  • Openness to providing services in a variety of settings (e.g., office, schools, homes)

  • Ability to work with individuals and families facing multiple challenges

  • Willingness to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Effective time management and documentation skills


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a human services or related field

  • Independently licensed or practicing under supervision in accordance with Kentucky regulations

  • Active professional liability insurance

  • Licensure may include LCSW, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, MFTA, LCADC, LPAT
