• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop treatment plans.
• Create individualized therapy programs that address unique client goals, utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques to facilitate progress.
• Lead evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure an integrated approach to care that promotes well-rounded support for clients.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, assisting them in understanding their loved one's therapeutic journey and fostering communication.
