• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and formulate tailored treatment plans focused on individual client needs.

• Experience in providing therapy for addiction and substance use disorders is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Prior experience working in community health settings or private practices focused on family therapy is a plus.
