• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans to support their growth and recovery.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions through various modalities, adapting approaches to suit each client's preferences and therapeutic goals, promoting a safe space for personal exploration.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring and documenting their progress towards those objectives.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility to quality mental health services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure client trust and compliance with regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest therapeutic innovations and trends.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• Professional empathy, patience, and a nonjudgmental attitude are crucial for fostering a therapeutic alliance.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to handle client schedules and administrative tasks effectively.

• Experience in providing therapy to individuals dealing with trauma, addiction, or relationship dynamics.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Previous experience in a teletherapy or remote counseling role is preferred.
