In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments that identify clients’ mental health strengths, challenges, and available resources to inform effective treatment.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices designed to foster emotional resilience and growth.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that set measurable goals and clearly outline therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Offering crisis intervention and risk assessment services during urgent situations, prioritizing clients' safety and well-being.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
