Trillium Therapy Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in providing remote mental health services to our clients. This full-time position offers an opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals and families facing mood disorders and related challenges, with a competitive salary range of USD 90,000–100,000 based on qualifications and experience.

The LMFT will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.
• Collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans that take into account each client's unique goals, preferences, and treatment trajectories.
• Employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.
• Educating clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, thereby empowering them in their recovery journey.
• Monitoring client progress through regular follow-ups, documenting changes, and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Coordinating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and comprehensive support.
• Staying updated on new research, interventions, and trends in treating mood disorders to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Maintaining client confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards in all record-keeping duties.
• Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and available professional development opportunities to further enhance clinical skills.
• Advocating for clients by addressing stigma around mental health and ensuring access to necessary resources.

As an LMFT at Trillium Therapy Group, you will work primarily with individuals and families experiencing a range of mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and related challenges. To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and administrative tasks efficiently.

While the following experiences are not mandatory, they are preferred and may enhance an applicant's candidacy:

• Experience working with clients experiencing addiction or substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and digital communication tools.
• Involvement in professional development programs related to advanced therapeutic techniques or specializations in family therapy.
