Brave Mind Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team. This full-time remote position allows you to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of your home while having a meaningful impact on the mental well-being of your clients. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while engaging in a collaborative environment with a team of professionals committed to client care. You will utilize telehealth platforms and digital resources to conduct sessions and maintain communication with your colleagues, ensuring a cohesive treatment approach for your clients. Regular team meetings will facilitate professional development and case discussions, enhancing your therapeutic skills and support network.

• Establish and maintain a trusting, therapeutic rapport with clients, allowing for open communication and expression.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Lead group therapy sessions, focusing on skill-building and shared experiences, promoting social support among participants.
• Provide constructive feedback and ongoing support during individual counseling sessions, regularly reviewing treatment goals and adjusting plans based on progress.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to effectively treat mental health concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

As an LMFT at Brave Mind Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals battling anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, allowing you the opportunity to apply your expertise across different age groups and clinical scenarios. You will be integral in guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys, helping them to achieve healthier lifestyles and stronger relationships.

• A valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Strong understanding of clinical best practices and ethical standards in therapy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual therapy and group therapy sessions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health disorders.
• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary team settings is valued.
• Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic techniques is a plus.

Brave Mind Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $110,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
