New Age Marriage Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Implement treatment strategies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care to foster healing and personal growth.
  • Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and actionable steps for progression.
  • Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients.
  • Assist clients in crisis situations through intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients represent a broad demographic, seeking support for various mental health concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. You will engage with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, striving to understand their unique experiences and challenges. Your work will directly impact client well-being, emphasizing a client-centered approach that respects their individuality and promotes resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas or eligibility to obtain licensing.
  • Proven experience in providing therapy to individuals and families, particularly in a community health setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with diverse populations and knowledge of cultural competency best practices.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT and trauma-informed care.
  • Experience in a remote work environment and utilizing digital therapeutic tools.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health insurance, a retirement savings plan, continuing education opportunities, and a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
