As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Guided Growth Therapies, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for couples, families, and individuals to address issues such as communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, and adjustment difficulties related to separation or divorce.
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with both couples and individual family members, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to explore and resolve personal and relational challenges.
• Providing support to families dealing with specific issues, such as addiction, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and job-related stress, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Documenting clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes, while maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and facilitate a streamlined approach to therapy.

Your primary clients will include a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families grappling with various challenges—including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief, communication issues, and the dynamics associated with blended families. To qualify for the LMFT position with Guided Growth Therapies, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence.

While not mandatory, previous experience in a behavioral health setting, familiarity with telehealth practices, and a proven track record of working effectively with families and couples in a therapeutic environment are highly desirable. • An annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, reflecting your experience and contributions.
