As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Fora Therapy Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and maintaining positive and trusting relationships with clients to facilitate open communication and therapeutic progress.
• Conducting thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Leading engaging therapy sessions with individuals and groups, offering both evidence-based strategies and empathetic support.
• Regularly meeting with clients to monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their changing needs and goals.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and referring clients to specialists or community resources when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
• Documenting treatment progress and assessments in accordance with regulatory standards to maintain compliance and establish clear communication channels.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads and administrative tasks effectively.

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be advantageous:

• Experience in a telehealth setting, demonstrating familiarity with relevant platforms and maintaining engagement during virtual sessions.
• Special training or certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or other therapeutic modalities relevant to the client population.
• Previous experience working with culturally diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competency in therapeutic practice.

Fora Therapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, our benefits package includes:
