Key Responsibilities

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients, enhancing their comfort and engagement in therapeutic processes.
• Diagnose mental health disorders utilizing comprehensive assessments, including reviewing client histories and current behaviors.
• Design tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments, ensuring that they address unique patient needs and circumstances.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions with individuals and groups, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly, providing ongoing assessments to identify any necessary adjustments to treatment where needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, familial relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. You will support clients of all ages, with a focus on enhancing their emotional resilience and equipping them with the skills to lead healthier, successful lives.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering effective individual and group therapy sessions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a caseload and related administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in supervising or mentoring upcoming therapists is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote patient management tools provides a significant advantage in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Trillium Family Therapy offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
