Position Overview

Rebirth Counseling Center is looking for a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective remote therapy sessions with clients, using telehealth platforms tailored for mental health services.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients' unique situations, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to address clients’ goals and challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during sessions, utilizing applicable strategies to help clients navigate acute stress and emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to coordinate care and enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with the latest therapeutic practices and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and stress management. Our clients often seek support for relationship enhancement, conflict resolution, and coping strategies to address life transitions. As an LMFT, your expertise will be essential in facilitating understanding, communication, and healing among family dynamics.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Current, active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy services in a remote setting, with a strong understanding of telehealth best practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a full caseload while maintaining high-quality care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or LGBTQ+ communities is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms to streamline client management.
• Background in providing psychoeducational workshops or group therapy sessions is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
