Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

This position centers on relational therapy delivered through telehealth. You will work with individuals, couples, and families while providing supervision to associate therapists. The role prioritizes clinical clarity, thoughtful interventions, and long-term relational outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual therapy using systems-based approaches
  • Supervise associate marriage and family therapists
  • Review session notes and treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress across relational goals

Requirements
