Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment and intake interviews for new clients, utilizing structured forms and client history to gauge mental health needs and tailor treatment approaches effectively.
• Deliver personalized therapy through individual, family, and group sessions, employing evidence-based practices that align with your therapeutic focus.
• Create and maintain detailed and accurate progress notes, treatment summaries, and documentation required for treatment continuity and clinical reviews.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Behavioral Health Department to coordinate special programs aimed at preventative mental health services for the community.
• Develop and enhance community resource networks to support preventive measures in mental health care, advocating for integrated approaches to overall wellness.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development to stay up-to-date with evolving practices and adhere to LMFT guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, equipping you with strong theoretical and practical knowledge.
• Active and up-to-date licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a commitment to ongoing professional education.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services, particularly in crisis management and therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
