Rebirth Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective remote therapy sessions utilizing advanced telehealth technology.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, goals, and challenges.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment strategies, and outcomes in compliance with established ethical and legal standards.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support as needed, employing evidence-based techniques to ensure client safety and emotional well-being.
• Actively collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated care and optimal outcomes for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and regulatory changes that affect mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position involves working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. As a key member of our therapeutic team, you will provide support that respects each client's unique background and experiences, fostering an environment of inclusivity and understanding.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is essential.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy services remotely, particularly through telehealth platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that aid in building rapport and trust with clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while balancing a caseload of clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a broad spectrum of clients, particularly in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or systemic therapy.
• Prior experience with crisis intervention and short-term therapeutic models.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
