Description

A Bartender is responsible for providing excellent, efficient customer service to all guests, with a focus area of the bar. Bartenders will ring in food and drink orders, make drinks, provide excellent service, bus the bar, and do prep for service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Service
  • Greeting guests upon arrival.
  • Providing excellent customer service during guests dining experience, from entry to the restaurant through departure and everything in between, with a focus on the bar.
  • Memorize the menu at your location.
  • Memorize cocktail recipes for your location.
  • Cash handling.
  • Ability to complete internal health audits.
  • Sanitation
  • Sweep and mop floors.
  • Maintain beverage and salsa stations.
  • Clean bathrooms.
  • Sanitize and wipe down tables and other surfaces.
  • Complete opening and closing procedures as directed by your supervisor.
  • Prep
  • Portion out prepared food for service.
  • Prepare to go boxes for the kitchen.
  • Prepare Agua Frescas and other nonalcoholic scratch products.
  • Prepare garnishes and syrups for cocktails.
