The Spirit Distribution Company is a sales agency seeking experienced, self-motivated Tequila Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity for spirits industry professionals looking for flexibility and substantial earning potential.
Position Overview: As our "Opener," you'll be the driving force behind introducing our premium tequila brands, including Bandero Blanco and Bandero Cafe, to new accounts across LA and beyond. Your primary focus will be securing initial sales and maintaining client relationships.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential new accounts 
  • Secure initial sales of our tequila brands
  • Maintain client relationships and generate reorders post-initial sale
  • Utilize our CRM system for lead generation and order placement

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Commission-based structure: $150 - $250 per new account placement
  • Residual income opportunities for reorders 
  • Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Auto reimbursement for business-related mileage

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the spirits industry
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills & an entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus 
  • Must be 21 years of age
