Brand Ambassador - Qui Tequila

About Qui Tequila

QUI Tequila is a luxury, additive-free tequila brand known for its smooth profile and high-profile collaborations with Chef Nobu and artist KAWS.
We are growing our presence across the Southern California market and looking for dependable, outgoing ambassadors to represent the brand in high-traffic retail environments.

Job Summary

We are hiring 2 Brand Ambassadors to host in-store product demonstrations at Costco and other retail locations in and around Palm Springs, CA.

This is a customer-facing role focused on engaging shoppers, educating them about Qui Tequila, and driving trial and sales through authentic brand storytelling.
Training and sales materials will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Host in-store product demos and tastings
  • Educate customers on Qui Tequila's quality, process, and flavor profile
  • Create a welcoming and professional experience for shoppers
  • Drive product awareness and sales through customer engagement
  • Build strong relationships with store staff
  • Track engagement and submit recap notes after events

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
  • Reliable transportation within Palm Springs, CA.
  • Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with the public
  • Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or brand ambassador work is a plus

Compensation

  • Pay: $30-$50 per hour
  • Performance bonuses tied to bottles sold
  • Approximately 15-28 hours per week

Location

  • Based in Palm Springs, CA
  • Work at Costco and other retail locations across the surrounding area
  • Must be willing to travel to nearby event locations.
