About Qui Tequila

QUI Tequila is a luxury, additive-free tequila brand known for its smooth profile and high-profile collaborations with Chef Nobu and artist KAWS.
We are growing our presence across the Louisiana market and looking for dependable, outgoing ambassadors to represent the brand in high-traffic retail environments.

Job Summary

We are hiring Brand Ambassadors to host in-store product demonstrations at Costco and other retail locations in and around Lafayette, LA.

This is a customer-facing role focused on engaging shoppers, educating them about Qui Tequila, and driving trial and sales through authentic brand storytelling.
Training and sales materials will be provided.

Responsibilities

Host in-store product demos and tastings
Educate customers on Qui Tequila's quality, process, and flavor profile
Create a welcoming and professional experience for shoppers
Drive product awareness and sales through customer engagement
Build strong relationships with store staff
Track engagement and submit recap notes after events

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
Must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Retail experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
Reliable transportation within the Lafayette area
Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with the public
Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or brand ambassador work is a plus

Compensation

Pay: $30-$50 per hour
Performance bonuses tied to bottles sold
Approximately 15-28 hours per week

Location

Based in Lafayette, LA
Work at Costco and other retail locations across the surrounding area
Must be willing to travel to nearby event locations.
