Position Summary

We are looking for talented and passionate Bartenders to join our team at Ballers. Our bar program features timeless classic cocktails reimagined with a creative twist, alongside a curated focus on premium tequila, mezcal, and brown spirits. It’s a vibrant yet refined environment where tradition meets innovation, and every pour is crafted with intention. As a Bartender, you’ll be a key player in creating an energetic, memorable experience for guests coming in after a game, for brunch, lunch, dinner, or a lively night out. You'll be responsible for crafting cocktails, delivering top-tier service, and sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for spirits and cocktail culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and serve a range of craft cocktails, classic and modern, with expert technique and consistency.
  • Guide guests through the cocktail menu and provide knowledgeable recommendations on spirits, particularly tequila, mezcal, and brown spirits.
  • Manage bar setup, breakdown, and cleanliness to maintain an inviting environment.
  • Engage with guests warmly, providing attentive and energetic service throughout their visit.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system operations accurately.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
  • Assist with inventory counts and restocking of spirits, wines, beers, and supplies.
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktail specials and menu innovation.
  • Collaborate with servers and barbacks to ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and represent the Ballers brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Qualifications
  • 2+ years of bartending experience in a highvolume, craftfocused bar environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and spirits, with special emphasis on tequila, mezcal, and brown spirits.
  • Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service (e.g., RAMP, TIPS) preferred or required by start date.
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for guest experience, craft beverage culture, and teamwork.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
