Job description

Role Summary The Hospitality Lead Analyst owns the guest-facing and property operations systems across hotels and resorts, ensuring a seamless guest experience while optimizing revenue, labor, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own systems including:
    • Property Management Systems (PMS)
    • Central Reservation Systems (CRS)
    • Revenue Management Systems (RMS)
    • Point of Sale (POS)
    • Guest experience and loyalty platforms
    • Other specialized systems related to hotel resort ancillary services
  • Partner with Operations, Revenue, Marketing, and Finance leaders
  • Lead standardization of systems across brands and properties
  • Ensure integrations between PMS, CRM, ERP, and payment platforms
  • Support digital guest journeys (booking, check-in/out, mobile keys, etc.)
  • Enable data-driven pricing, occupancy, and labor optimization
  • Manage vendor relationships and contract performance
  • Support new property openings and conversions

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years hospitality systems experience
  • Deep expertise in hotel operational workflows
  • Experience with major hospitality platforms (eg, Opera, Oracle, Amadeus, Mews)
  • Experience scaling systems across multi-property portfolios
  • Strong customer-centric mindset balanced with operational rigor

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience operating in multi-business-unit or multi-industry environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align diverse teams around a common data vision.
