Join our exceptional maintenance team at Lakefield Mews Apartments & Townhomes! This position focuses primarily on apartment turns and interior repairs, helping prepare homes for new residents. Itโ€™s a great opportunity for someone with basic maintenance or construction experience who wants to grow in the apartment maintenance field. With 395 apartments, our team always has consistent work and opportunities to grow!

What Weโ€™re Looking For

โ€ข 1 year of Apartment turnover or general maintenance experience preferred
โ€ข Basic carpentry and repair skills, such as drywall repair, door installation, and minor interior repairs is a plus
โ€ข Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair is a plus
โ€ข Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset
โ€ข Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
โ€ข Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and mobile devices
โ€ข Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); bilingual ability is a plus
