Job description

You are a self-driven, hungry to make money and take ownership of your performance. As a self-learner, you will absorb the information during our one week training and continue to develop your knowledge afterwards. You are comfortable taking appointments and helping homeowners solve their problems. We offer custom, locally made cabinetry across the home except kitchens.

The role is full-time only. Must be available five days a week including Saturdays. Appointments are scheduled for when clients want, which is often late afternoons and evenings. You will have appointments across the entire Houston metro.

The compensation is 100% commission. Top performers earn $100,000+ with the right combination of service, effort and persistence. This role is not for part timers or dabblers. Sales rewards you financially for the efforts you apply.
