Job description

SVP - Industrial/Logistics Real Estate Broker โ€“ Atlanta

3PL Bridge Realty Partners

We're growing our Atlanta team and looking for an experienced commercial real estate broker focused on industrial leasing and logistics properties.

Most industrial brokers have one thing to sell: the building. We bring more than that. Our 3PL network connects operators with brand and ecommerce demand, so you're not just placing a 3PL in a building, you're bringing them business that comes with it. That's a conversation no other broker in the market is having, and it's how you win more deals.

The seat is Atlanta industrial. You own the Metro Atlanta and broader Southeast industrial corridor, with the Savannah port connection and Atlanta-based clients across North America. You source your own deals, structure them, negotiate, and close. You also recruit 3PLs in your territory and tie that back to your pipeline.

Compensation is commission-based with a competitive split. Draw available for the right candidate.

What the work is:

  • Industrial leasing and acquisitions across Metro Atlanta and the broader Southeast industrial corridor, with the Savannah port connection in play, and with Atlanta based clients across North America
  • - Tenant rep, landlord rep, owner, investor, and logistics-operator relationships
  • - 3PL recruitment alongside the commercial real estate
  • - A clean pipeline. Current CRM, same-day follow-up, weekly cadence

What you need:

  • Industrial experience in commercial real estate โ€” tenant rep or full-service. You know NER, TI, cap rates, and lease structure cold
  • - Deals you actually owned start to finish, not deals you were "on a team" for
  • - An active real estate license
  • - The financial side handled: valuation, leasing, acquisition, development
  • - Comfort being measured. Scorecards and dashboards are how we run, not red tape

Keywords: commercial real estate, industrial leasing, tenant rep, logistics real estate, CRE broker, industrial broker.

If the model sounds interesting and you want to talk deals, reach out.
