Overview

Green Dispensary is a vertically integrated dispensary dedicated to delivering high-quality cannabis products to the Nevada market. We pride ourselves on fostering a strong team environment and are seeking motivated individuals to join us as we continue to grow.

Summary:

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for accurately processing and preparing inventory for the sales floor. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance, organization, and efficiency within inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly inventory counts and scheduled audits
  • Ensure all products are properly labeled with required barcode and compliance labels, and accurately recorded in the inventory system
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment at all times
  • Restock the sales floor from backstock and/or vault inventory
  • Update bin and drawer labels as needed
  • Support the Inventory Lead with delivery verification and processing
  • Verify vendor deliveries, ensuring all received inventory matches manifests and invoices
  • Attend required training sessions, including METRC training and staff meetings
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to accurately and efficiently operate the company's inventory system, including creating internal builds and processing transfers/invoices
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle issues professionally
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations quickly and accurately

Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred
  • Ability to complete employment verification, including W-4 and I-9 documentation
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must not consume cannabis products during any time that overlaps with a scheduled work shift
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid cannabis agent card
  • Commitment to staying current with METRC and OSHA training requirements
