Breast Imaging Radiologist in Germantown, TN |4-Day Work Week

Build your breast imaging career with an established private practice offering a four-day work week, a clear partnership path, and an existing patient base from day one. This full-time Breast Imaging Radiologist opportunity allows you to focus on high-quality breast imaging while working alongside fellowship-trained colleagues. If you're seeking long-term stability, procedural variety, and strong earning potential, this role delivers all three.


Practice Overview

  • Join a private radiology group of more than 40 fellowship-trained radiologists across every major subspecialty
  • Step into an established breast imaging practice with immediate patient volume, no need to build referrals
  • Perform a balanced mix of screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and image-guided breast biopsies
  • Choose between a two-year partnership track or a long-term employed model based on your career goals

Schedule

  • Partnership track offers a four-day work week, Monday through Thursday
  • Employed option follows a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • Enjoy a consistent procedural mix, including mammography, breast MRI, ultrasound, and biopsies
  • Established workflows and steady patient volume allow you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $360,000-$400,000, negotiable based on experience
  • Two-year partnership track with bonus potential, retirement contributions, and profit sharing

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Breast Imaging fellowship training required
