Familiarity with tools such as welding machines, CNC equipment, and metal forming systems, as well as relevant certifications like AWS welding certification, is typically required. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective teamwork are critical soft skills in this role. These competencies ensure precise fabrication, workplace safety, and efficient project completion in manufacturing or construction environments.
