Job description


Develop and implement a segment-specific sales strategy.
Work with Inside Sales Department and Sales Management to establish pricing guidelines for customers.
Coordinate orders with sales department to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Resolve customer Complaints regarding damaged/incorrect material and deliver/inventory problems.
Assess profit potential of all existing and prospective accounts.
Effectively use Salesforce to regularly update account plans and objectives as appropriate to the profit and sales potential of each customer.
Respond to periodic request for information from management and corporate functions.
Encourage all customers to deepen their business relationships with Norfolk Iron through parallel setting and cost saving initiatives.
