Job description

Job Description

·                     Develop and write CMM programs to verify critical dimensions for metal parts using Zeiss Calypso software

·                     Review engineering blueprints and collaborate with the Quality Manager to establish comprehensive inspection plans

·                     Validate CMM programs to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and measurement reliability

·                     Perform first piece inspections and deliver actionable feedback to the production team

·                     Maintain thorough inspection documentation and quality records

·                     Identify, report, and escalate nonconforming issues in accordance with quality standards

Key Requirements

·                     3 to 5 years of hands-on inspection and CMM programming experience

·                     Proficiency with Zeiss equipment and Calypso software is strongly preferred
