About the Role:

The Metal Finisher plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that metal components meet the highest standards of quality and finish. This position involves applying various finishing techniques to enhance the durability and aesthetic appeal of metal parts. The Metal Finisher is responsible for conducting precise measurements and thorough inspections to guarantee that all products conform to specified tolerances and quality benchmarks. By setting up and operating finishing machinery, the Metal Finisher contributes to efficient production workflows and timely delivery of finished goods. Ultimately, this role ensures that the final metal products are both functional and visually impeccable, supporting overall customer satisfaction and company reputation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience in metal finishing or a related manufacturing role.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Knowledge of finishing techniques and equipment operation.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in metal finishing or related technical training.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and inspection standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
