Job description

PPS is hiring a Paint & Insulation Technician for a leading Northeast Ohio manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing, painting, sheet metal, or mechanical experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants to develop multiple skilled trades.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and fit sheet metal components
  • Prepare and spray industrial coatings using HVLP equipment
  • Install insulation on industrial equipment and piping
  • Read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain high quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
  • Painting, sheet metal, insulation, or mechanical assembly experience is a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
