Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist with general work activities per the direction of others to complete the activities.
  • Support the mechanic, foreman, and superintendent to complete the project on time.
  • Provide the best quality and productive work without constant reminders.
  • Communicate with management, superintendent, and customers.
  • Communicate with mechanics, foreman and superintendents
  • Assist in unloading trucks
  • Maintain a clean and organized job space
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Observe, report and correct unsafe work environment
  • Collaborate with other workers to complete project

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Some knowledge of HVAC or general construction
