Metal Fabricator
Location: Holland, MI
Shift: 7:00am–5:00pm (Monday–Thursday) and 7:00am–12:00pm (Friday)
Pay: $25–$33 per hour

Job Summary
Are you a skilled and detail-oriented fabricator looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a Metal Fabricator to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll help manufacture high-quality stairway systems, railings, and custom furniture while ensuring precision craftsmanship and attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Metal Fabricator, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Fabrication: Operate jig/fixture tables to accurately build and assemble railings, stairway systems, and custom furniture

  • Welding: Perform TIG welding on steel and aluminum materials

  • Finishing Work: Grind flat and outside corner welds to achieve a Class A finish

In addition, you will be expected to read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts according to specifications.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Previous 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication or a similar role

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

  • Experience working with steel and aluminum is required

Skills:

  • Welding Proficiency: Strong MIG and TIG welding skills

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to produce clean, precise welds and finishes

  • Mechanical Aptitude: Comfort working with fabrication tools, fixtures, and equipment
