Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Metal Tube Bend Operator to join our dynamic team in Marysville, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our metal tube bending operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines and Power Benders for metal tube bending, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
  • Perform machine setups for production runs, adhering to specifications and timelines.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Utilize deburring techniques to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute bending specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Hands-on deburring experience with metal components.
  • Familiarity with CNC machine setup and changeover processes.
  • Ability to perform machine setups for production runs with precision.
  • Strong blueprint reading skills to interpret technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
