Sheet Metal Team Member
Location: Holland, MI
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM | Monday–Friday | Occasional Saturdays
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour

Job Summary
Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with your hands in a manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Sheet Metal Team Member to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality fabricated metal components by operating sheet metal equipment, following blueprints and specifications, and inspecting finished products for quality.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with fabrication equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Sheet Metal Team Member, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Operate Sheet Metal Equipment: Safely operate press brakes, shears, punches, and other fabrication equipment to produce quality metal components.
  • Read & Interpret Blueprints: Follow drawings, specifications, and work instructions to ensure products are manufactured accurately.
  • Inspect Finished Products: Check completed parts to ensure they meet established quality standards before shipment.
  • Material Handling: Safely lift, carry, and move materials and fabricated components throughout the production process.
  • Packaging: Assist with packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment.
  • Production Support: Work with team members to maintain an efficient production flow and support department goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the department.
  • Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area while following established safety procedures.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing, fabrication, machine operation, or sheet metal experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move 50–75 pounds.
  • Ability to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays.
