Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team in Quincy, MI. If you have a passion for metalwork and possess expertise in MIG and TIG welding, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds while ensuring safety and efficiency in your work. Join us in creating exceptional products that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.
  • Utilize MIG and TIG welding techniques to fabricate and repair metal components.
  • Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure and other tools.
  • Inspect finished welds for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Welder, with a strong background in MIG and TIG welding.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong proficiency in tape measure reading and metal fabrication techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Welding certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
