Steel Building Erection Technician (Commercial PEMB)

  • Experienced with pre-engineered metal buildings?
  • Comfortable rigging, doing shake-outs, and signaling a crane?
  • Confident connecting and bolting beams, purlins, and girders?
  • Skilled at installing siding, roofing, and insulation?
  • Dependable on site and responsive to direction from a foreman?
What you’ll handle
  • Commercial pre-engineered metal building erection
  • Rigging operations, shake-outs, and crane signal communication
  • Structural connections: beams, purlins, girders (bolt-up)
  • Exterior systems: siding, roofing, and insulation
  • Other foreman-assigned duties as needed
What you need to bring
  • 1+ years of PEMB experience
  • Your own basic hand tools
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Working knowledge of construction site safety
  • Reliability and a willingness to take direction
