The Digital Advertising Coordinator (AI-Fluent) supports the development, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns while leveraging AI tools and automation to improve efficiency, analysis, and performance.

This is an entry-level role designed for someone early in their career who is excited about digital marketing, technology, and problem-solving. We're looking for a curious, analytical, and adaptable individual who embraces AI as a tool for learning, productivity, and innovation. The ideal candidate is eager to develop expertise in digital advertising while finding creative ways to use AI to streamline work, uncover insights, and drive better results.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and other advertising platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support optimization efforts through data analysis and research.
  • Utilize AI tools to assist with reporting, research, content development, campaign management, and process improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by leveraging AI and automation within daily workflows.
  • Analyze campaign and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Support the development of reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute digital marketing strategies and client initiatives.

Qualifications
