  • Contribute to the formulation of delay mitigation strategies and collaborate directly with Site Leadership to provide recommendations and mitigate impacts, striving for equitable resolution while maintaining the project schedule
  • Be responsible for the review and approval of all General Contractors' preconstruction Baseline Schedules. In conjunction with the Meta PreConstruction Managers, ensure that baseline schedules conform to program expectations and are delivered within the agreed-upon project timeline
  • Analyze and communicate schedule health and risk in collaboration with the onsite Project Controls Lead and Construction Management Leadership, and provide necessary escalation
  • Identify proactive project commercial risks in collaboration with other Project Leads, the Delivery team, and cross-functional (XFN) partners, and support programmatic schedule delay review and mitigation activities
  • Provide support to Site Schedulers on the project and manage vendor performance
  • Support accurate, cadenced reporting and communication to site and cross-functional teams
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive programmatic efficiencies and opportunities for the project and the program, ensuring continued alignment with other Schedule Leads

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale, complex capital projects
  • Proven expertise in integrated master schedule management, schedule controls, and risk mitigation
  • Experience with commercial entitlement & schedule change management

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of direct experience in schedule leadership for mega-projects (>1GW or $1B+)
  • Experience managing schedule operations across multiple General Contractors and vendors
  • Track record of driving schedule health, risk mitigation, and commercial accountability in a global organization
  • Experience with AI-enabled scheduling, automation, or advanced analytics
  • Experience within mission-critical infrastructure or technology programs
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
